Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: 1/2 almond butter sandwich on rye
Lunch: gyro sandwich
Snack: tortilla chips and freshly made salsa
1 activia yogurt
Dinner: 4 small pieces of fish and steamed chard.
Cinnamon tea
5 minutes of boxing and 45 min of callanetics
I did not drink enough water
Goal for tomorrow: callanetics evolution, morning cinnamon tea and portion control.
I have not lost any weight yet!
